Julie's Baby Shower

This weekend, my mom and I hosted a baby shower for my best friend, Julie. We've been best friends since the 10th grade so we've been through a lot together. When she got married 3 years ago I was so excited that she was joining me in the married couples' club. Now that she is pregnant with her first baby, I'm even more excited! Congratulations Uncle Matt!

We decided not to go to Atlanta today for Uncle Matt's surprise graduation party because Bailey has had a fever the past two days. He seems to be doing better today so I had him make this video for you, Matt. We're very proud of you and we love you so much and we REALLY wish we could be there!

We first went to the Huffaker's river house. Bailey wasn't too sure about the slide, but he warmed up to it pretty quickly.

Happy Fourth of July!

We had a nice time at the Pepper's fireworks show last night. Bailey wasn't to fond of the loud noises. He stayed in our laps the whole time saying, "all done, Daddy?" every time there was a pause in the show. Just look at all those fireworks! Thanks Tony!!

1-2-3 JUMP!

I took these pictures of Harper at my mom's house this weekend and then realized that I had taken the same picture of Bailey when he was about the same age. Harper's crying in the second picture because she fell over and bumped her head...ouch! The third picture is of Bailey, I can't believe how much they look alike!

Small Group Party

This past weekend our small group got together for a summertime dinner and some blackberry pickin' out at the Frierson's Farm. We had a great time!

Going Hiking

This past weekend we decided to go on a family hike down to the North Chickamauga creek. We had a great time. Jesse and Bailey enjoyed hopping rocks through the water while Harper and I did a little sunbathing:) We wore the kids out as you can see.
