I know it's hard to believe but this little cutie pie has had strep throat for 3 weeks now. Yep. She's been on two rounds of antibiotics. So today I took her back in for the "gold standard treatment"of strep throat (according to Dr. Eldridge)...a shot of penicilin in the butt! Ouch and boy did it hurt! The nurses warned me that it was a really big needle and a painfull shot. My girl screamed and cried like none other! I even shed some tears myself. Afterwards she got to choose as many stickers as she liked (they're all on her shirt). And we went to McDonald''s for a "real-fruit smoothie" Good thing there is a McDonald's down the street from the pediatricians office!

Yesterday I came outside to find this site. Bailey was "fixing a leak on the truck". It turned out to be a "loose bolt." go figure! He even came inside, emptied out his piggy bank and took the money to go "buy"a new part. Glad he got it fixed and glad he returned the money to his piggy bank:)

These pictures are from when the tornado came through. The kids had been busy all day watching the chainsaws cut up massive trees that had fallen on our neighbors' houses. They were so tired at the end of the day they fell asleep like this on our bedroom floor...
I know this isn't a great picture of me but I wanted to show yáll the cute pajamas Bailey picked out for me at Wal-mart! When he first came to see me in the hospital I was still wearing the hospital gown and he looked at me so disappointed and asked why I wasn't wearing my new pajamas. So here they are and I've been trying to wear them a lot lately:)
In the midst of having a baby Jesse has been busy building a ....deck!!! We are so excited about this new deck. You really can't tell from the pictures but it is huge! Practically as big as our house. I'm already looking forward to having birthday celebrations out there.

If you're wondering why there aren't any pictures of Bailey and Harper it's because they are in Atlanta with my wonderful mother. Also, they had strep throat the week Larkin was born so Larkin and I stayed in my room and got to see Bailey and Harper from afar. I miss them so much and as thankful as I am to have this time without them, I really am looking forward to having them home!
